The clinical and diagnostic laboratory is a structural unit of the "Mother and Child Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
The main task of the clinical-diagnostic laboratory is to carry out laboratory tests necessary for establishing the patient's diagnosis, differential diagnosis and control of the treatment process. The laboratory performs such biomaterial studies as general clinical, hematological, biochemical, immunological and cytological.
The premises is equipped with modern medical equipment: a biochemical blood analyzer, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (IFA) analyzer, a hematology analyzer, and a urine analyzer.
The clinical and diagnostic laboratory successfully performs:
regular internal and external quality control, which ensures the reliability of laboratory research results.
use of approved methods and reagents
implementation and compliance with quality standards (ISO 15189, CLSI)
use of laboratory information systems (LIS) for data processing, storage of results and their transmission to doctors
ensuring confidentiality and security of patient data.
KDL specialists continuously improve their knowledge, skills, and perform:
constant monitoring and analysis of laboratory activity with the aim of improving processes;
introduction of innovations and new technologies.
